Unlike traditional retained searches, the rest of our fee is due only after our candidate accepts the offered position. With your engagement fee, Merizon agrees to work on your assignment for a predetermined period of time.
For clients who are developing a new department or expanding current operations, Merizon offers an engaged recruiting program to conduct multiple searches for a dedicated but cost effective approach. If you have three or more similar search assignments within the same timeframe, we will work out a discount percentage on a retainer basis that can be paid over a period of months, easing your monthly expenditures. With your engagement fee, Merizon agrees to work on your assignment for a predetermined period of time.
After discussion with the hiring authority on the needs of a role and agreeing to the timeframe for interviewing and hiring, Merizon will take your search assignment on a contingency basis, being paid our regular percentage fee when our candidate accepts the position offered. Our contingency process is available on a limited basis.
